1. I'd bet you were seeing the low-on-hp-scatter behavior, not the standing-in-AoE scatter behavior.

2. Monsters be damned. What needs fixed is the hero/hench/Mhenlo/Togo AI standing in it and dying. I couldn't care less what the monster AI does about it.

tests that i've done was conducted against destroyers (one of the few monsters that can not endure burning), not damned, so i don't think that the behaviour of hero/hench/Mhenlo/Togo/all others is directly related to roj, therefore may be an AI bug of only this pg....may be....i don't know...


p.s: another way to see mobs fleeing from roj is this: you need essence of celerity+mindbender+arcane mimicry+roj on your bar and Eco (elite) on bar of your hero. Initially copy Eco on your bar with arcane mimicry, then use essence and start with sequence mindbender->eco->roj->roj, mobs begin to scatter from the sixth, seventh second onwards .... this is a bug?
